How Cardivo gift cards work: An overview

When an order paid with a Cardivo gift card is refunded on Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe or Eventbrite, the amount goes back on the gift card automatically.

Cardivo uses Stripe to process payments securely. You can connect your existing account or create a new Stripe account when you sign up.

Yes. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1 – the highest level of certification available.
