Cardivo is an easy to use platform that lets you offer your own branded egift cards to your customers – just like the biggest brands do. Gift cards are an excellent way to increase revenue from existing customers while also driving more sales from new customers.

Cardivo makes it very simple to set up and offer your own digital gift cards with no code or technical know-how needed. You don't even need a website to offer Cardivo gift cards as you get your own branded purchase link you can share with customers.

Once you've signed up, you just need to configure a few gift card settings (which you can change any time), add your logo and brand color, and you're ready to go! There is no cost to use Cardivo unless you make a sale.

When you sell a gift card through Cardivo, we charge a small 5% fee. You can even choose to cover this by adding a surcharge to gift card buyers.

Setup

Setting up Cardivo only takes a few minutes - here is an overview - access detailed step-by-step instructions here:

  1. Connect your existing Stripe account or create a new account

  2. Click on the Connect my stripe account button

  3. Now you will see a Stripe hosted page – enter your email and connect your existing Stripe account, or create a new one.

  4. Choose your company's gift card purchase page link (you can change this later) – this is the link where people will be able to buy your company's gift cards

  5. Configure a few settings re: your gift card offer, upload your logo, choose a brand color, and you're ready to go.

  6. Now share your gift card purchase link with your customers via email, socials and anywhere else they are – we recommend adding a banner on your marketing site too. The more often you share and promote gift cards, the more likely your customers are to buy a gift card for their friends and family.

For all other redemption scenarios (eg: you have the customer on the phone, or even in person), you can manually redeem the full or partial balance of a gift card on behalf of the customer.

To manually redeem a gift card, find it in your dashboard on the Gift cards page, and click on the more menu (three dots) next to the relevant gift card and choose Redeem Manually. Then you can choose a full or partial redemption.
