The Cardivo Zapier app has two triggers and two actions:
Gift card purchased (trigger): when a gift card is purchased, send data to any other app, or trigger further actions - like updating your CRM, getting notified in Slack, sending an email, SMS, and more.
Gift card redeemed (trigger): when a gift card is redeemed, in full or in part, send the redemption details to any other app - like the amount redeemed, the remaining balance and where it was redeemed. This runs for redemptions on Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe, Eventbrite, through our API, and for manual redemptions in your Cardivo dashboard.
Check gift card balance (action): check the status / balance of a gift card, using any third party tool
Redeem gift card (action): redeem a gift card, using any third party tool
The two triggers let you send gift card, buyer/recipient and redemption data from Cardivo into other systems, and the two actions let you trigger a workflow in another tool, send data to Cardivo, and get a response back, like a balance check, or redemption.
The Cardivo Zapier actions let you build a gift card balance check and redemption workflow using any form tool or other system and no code. If you're looking for API based access to do the same, you can use our API too.
The Cardivo Zapier app opens up almost any other redemption workflow that we don't have a direct integration with. We're always looking to improve our utility – if you need any specific workflows or integrations, let us know via the chat icon.
